Groz-Beckert at FSB
Cologne/Albstadt: FSB Cologne is an international trade fair for amenity areas, sports and pool facilities and will be held from 22 to 25 October 2013. With about 600 exhibiting companies from 40 countries FSB offers a comprehensive overview of new technologies, designs and concepts. Groz-Beckert presents in hall 11.2, booth R-059 tufting needles, loopers, reed finger modules and tufting knives as Gauge Part System for the production of tufted textiles, among others also for artificial turf.
As full range trader in the field of tufting Groz-Beckert provides all tools that are necessary for the tufting process – Made in Germany. Groz-Beckert developed the Tufting Gauge Part System to meet the steadily growing requirements of the industry for precision and process reliability. Out of its employment arise measurable benefits for the production of tufted floor coverings. The coordinated combination of materials and the functional interaction of all tool components allow convincing results, in qualitative and economic terms.
For the production of artificial turf Groz-Beckert presents at FSB the following components of the Gauge Part System. The special and approved grass tufting needle SAN®-S is characterized by its drop-shaped eye and narrow point. Through its use the penetration force is up to 40 % lower compared to standard needles. From this result clear advantages such as, for example, less thread breakage, higher machining speeds and outstanding product quality.
A further topic at the trade fair is the new generation Cut Pile Looper „CPL SC“ (SC = Super Cut). After extensive tests with modified measurements and special material composition the Tungsten Insert was redesigned. The result is a looper with a long service life and multiple resharpening substance. In combination the CPL SC achieves a really good price-performance ratio.
Laser labeled tufting knives from Groz-Beckert today set the standard for the industry – a consistent high quality ensures ideal service life and guarantees a reliable cutting performance.
