The ideal way to start your career
It was my enthusiasm for Groz-Beckert that prompted me to apply for the IT trainee program. When I started in November 2022, I was convinced that the IT trainee program would offer me ideal development opportunities after my studies.
My expectations have been completely fulfilled. The trainee program in the D-IC1 department enabled me to acquire important knowledge in the SAP environment – from efficient system use, process understanding and customizing to SAP support and ABAP programming. This also included all the main interface areas of IT. My goal now is to expand my SAP knowledge, deepen my programming skills and develop my process-related abilities.
The working atmosphere at Groz-Beckert is very pleasant and characterized by collegial support.
