Our customers are important to us – From the administrative building at our headquarters in Albstadt, Germany, the Groz-Beckert sales team takes care of the individual needs of our customers. In addition to working in an office with modern workplace concepts, also visits to customers and participation in exhibition are part of their interesting job. The solution-oriented and innovative further development of the products as well as the corresponding customer support including communication are always in the focus. To assist our sales staff in this in the best possible way, we offer flexible working hours and provide them with a comprehensive digital system and media landscape. This includes, for example, various sales channels, online trainings, and a Customer Portal as well as useful media for conveying product knowledge.
Close contact and exchange with the marketing department plays a particularly important role in the creation of these media. Because whether it's a video shoot, print campaign or digital communication – the Groz-Beckert marketing team is there to support the entire company with creative ideas, designs and the right wording. They not only produce and implement the relevant multimedia content, but also ensure exciting campaigns and a uniform, customer-oriented presentation of our brand across all product areas. For this, they use state-of-the-art software, editing programs and CMS systems to put our corporate content in the limelight in an eye-catching way.
